Construction Services

The Louisville Enterprise Group offers a small plans room available to all sub-contractors interested in viewing upcoming projects available for bid in the Metro Louisville area.  We receive RFP's and/or drawings and specifications from Metro Government, TARC, Louisville Metro Housing, Louisville Regional Airport, JCPS, Louisville Water Company, University of Louisville, and several independent general contractorrs and architects who graciously contribute to our plans room.

Construction Services memberships are available for an annual fee of $150, which enables a participating contractor to "check out" drawings and specifications for two (2) days.  The drawings may be taken to their offices where there they can prepare their respectibve bid. Contractors who do not elect to participate may review drawings in our plans room, but cannot check out the drawings.
