The Nia Center now boasts the opening of a newly renovated 2,500 sq. ft event room. This space can seat between 150 and 200 people. It is ideal for meetings, training, banquets, wedding receptions, church anniversaries, style shows, parties and other community events at competitive rates.

Hours 1 and 2 - $100.00 each hour
Hours 3 through 6 - $75.00 each hour
Hours 7and over - $50.00 each hour
Security Deposit

(Deposit is refundable if user complies with lease agreement)
Reservation fee

Due at reservation confirmation; non-refundable; to be applied toward event total

Unarmed Guard - $14.00/hour
Armed Guard - $18.00/hour
Rates subject to change; check with property manager for current rates.
Events serving alcoholic beverages must retain Security Guards and provide insurance certificate prior to reservation confirmation.
ALL FEES FOR USE OF PROPERTY MUST BE PAID IN FULL 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT, OR EVENT DATE WILL BE CANCELLED.
